What makes our Salmon Dish so special?

A Crispy Salmon Filet Alongside Malfaldine Pasta Topped with a Remoulade Tomato Cream Sauce is an easy and delicious dish that is sure to impress. The Manfredine pasta provides a unique shape and texture, while the salmon filet adds a delicious flavor and crunch. For a flavourful and delicious dinner that is sure to satisfy, try out this crispy salmon filet and Malfaldine pasta topped with a remoulade tomato cream sauce. To begin, you'll need 4 6-ounce salmon fillets, 1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano, salt and pepper to taste.


Start by preheating your oven to 400°F. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and rub each piece with olive oil. Sprinkle them with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Top them off evenly with the grated parmesan cheese and place in the preheated oven for about 18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.


While the salmon is cooking, prepare your Manfredine pasta according to package instructions and set aside. For the remoulade tomato cream sauce; combine 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, and salt & pepper to taste. Mix everything together in a bowl until well blended.


When the salmon is cooked through, serve it hot over a bed of Manfredine pasta and top with the remoulade tomato cream sauce. Enjoy!
